We value a breadth of professional and life experience, and we have found that dealing with setbacks, changes of direction and the occasional failure is often a better indicator of someone becoming a good lawyer than a perfectly uninterrupted route from first‑class degree to Magic Circle experience.*

An affinity with science, academia and evidence‑based thinking is particularly important to our work, and we are especially interested in colleagues who are comfortable engaging with complex material across disciplines.
